I know 20 minutes doesn’t sound like a lot, but the high intensity behind this workout and the constant changing from exercise to exercise is going to pack a lot into not a lot of time! I’m also going to start you off working larger muscle groups early to fatigue them followed by more aggressive strengthening to the smaller stabilization muscle groups.
