    I have always loved running. There’s something about being alone with the pavement and your thoughts as you propel yourself one foot in front of the other. For me one of the many draws to running is the continuous aspect of self-improvement. From shaving time off of your run to getting that extra mile or two, running is all about being better than the person that you were last week.
